What « bonded » means for your cash flow
Our warehouse operates under the EU EMCS regime (Excise Movement and Control System): your wine is stored and moved under duty suspension. Excise duties and VAT are only triggered when goods leave the suspensive regime for the domestic market — not while they sit in stock, not while they move to another bonded operator, not when they export. For an importer or négociant holding significant stock, that is a direct working-capital advantage, with full digital traceability of every movement in the EMCS system.
What we store and handle
Barrels. Wooden barrique storage with humidity-aware conditions — wood is a living material and we treat it as such.
Bottles and cases. Palletised bottle storage, heterogeneous formats (standard, magnum, large formats), original wooden cases (OWC) handled with the care collectors expect. Lot-batch tracking is mandatory on every reference — full DRM compliance for French excise documentation.
Export preparation. Multi-destination consolidation for USA, Asia and EU: repalletisation, export cartons, strapping, labelling to importer specification, container loading supervision, document packs (DAE/e-AD, packing lists, certificates). We work daily with the freight forwarders and shipping lines operating from Bordeaux and the Atlantic ports.
Events and allocations. Preparation for tastings, en primeur campaigns, auction lots and private-client allocations — small, high-value, zero-error orders.

Frequently asked questions
Can you ship under duty suspension to another EU bonded warehouse?
Yes — bonded-to-bonded movements under EMCS with electronic administrative documents (e-AD) are standard practice for us, within France and cross-border in the EU.
Do you handle US importer labelling requirements?
Yes. We apply importer strip labels and prepare cases to your US importer’s specification (TTB-compliant labelling supplied by the importer), with photo-documented compliance before container loading.
What is the minimum volume to work with you?
We work from a few dozen pallets of fine wine upwards. High-value, low-volume programs (auction lots, allocations, private cellars in transit) are welcome — the site is organised for zero-error small orders as much as for full-container export flows.
