We routinely sign contracts with penalty regimes on critical KPIs. Every SLA is defined in the contract with an explicit calculation formula, scope of application, measurement frequency, and data source. No fluffy wording like « reasonable endeavors » — we refuse that.

The EU CSRD directive and ESRS E1 standard require large companies to disclose their climate transition plan aligned with a 1.5 °C trajectory. Road transport falls under Scope 3 categories 4 and 9. Symphoni.a — our proprietary software platform
We build our own WMS/TMS/carbon platform in-house since 2022. Modern architecture (Nx monorepo, Fastify + tRPC, PostgreSQL with row-level security, React front-end) hosted in France on Clever Cloud (GDPR compliant). This lets us adapt the IT system to your processes without depending on third-party WMS vendors, integrate your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) at no additional license cost, and ship custom dashboards in days.

FAQ — international prospects
Questions we often get from international prospects
Do you operate outside France?
We are a France-focused operator. We handle international inbound flows to our French sites (containers from Asia via Le Havre or Marseille, European road inbound), and European road outbound to UK, Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland. For truly global flows or Asia warehousing, we are not your best fit — we would rather be transparent than pretend.
Can you operate in English?
Yes. Our commercial and project teams are fluent in English. Contracts, SLAs, KPIs, operational reports, and carbon reports can all be delivered in English. Our client portal Mon RT has an English interface. Operational-level communication with warehouse teams will typically happen in French, but that has never been a bottleneck for our international clients.
How does your pricing compare to international 3PLs?
At comparable scope and quality, our pricing is typically 5-15% below global 3PLs. Large players have higher structural overhead (corporate, reporting layers, real estate headquarters) that shows up in the final bill. We invest that margin differential into our proprietary IT platform and fleet decarbonation rather than extracting it as financial margin for shareholders.
Can we audit you before contracting?
Yes, and we encourage it. We host site visits for supply chain and QHSE teams. 1.5-hour walkthrough covers storage zones, pick areas, server room, ADR zones, vehicle yard, and includes a Symphoni.a platform demo. ISO 9001 certificates, safety plans, insurance certificates and customer references (under NDA) are shared upfront.
