RT Global Solution operates 85,000 m² of warehousing across 7 sites in France — Lyon area, Grenoble corridor, Bordeaux, and the Mediterranean gateway of Fos-Marseille. We are a family-owned French mid-cap founded in 1985, and we work as the French logistics arm of international industrial groups: Tier 1 automotive suppliers, energy & grid equipment makers, food manufacturers, e-commerce brands and wine exporters.

What we operate
Contract logistics (3PL). Dedicated or multi-client warehousing, pallet storage, high-density racking, bulk zones, detail picking with dynamic racks, kitting, co-packing, returns management. Hazardous goods storage (ADR classes 2, 3, 8, 9 — including lithium-ion batteries) with a dedicated ADR safety adviser.
Road transport & freight. Our in-house carrier SETT Transports runs 40 Euro 6 tractors — 60% already on HVO100 renewable diesel — for regional and national FTL/LTL, plus a vetted subcontracting network for overflow. Daily connections between our sites and the main French industrial basins.
Value-added services. JIT sequencing for automotive lines (minute-level dock scheduling, serial-number traceability, SAP EWM bidirectional flows), project kitting for energy & grid equipment, EMCS bonded wine logistics in Bordeaux, e-commerce fulfilment with native Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Cdiscount, PrestaShop and Magento integrations.
Where we operate
Our network is built around three logistics corridors:
Rhône-Alpes / Lyon corridor — Pontcharra (HQ + extension, Isère), Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (19,432 m² in the Chesnes logistics hub, direct A43 access), Vaulx-Milieu (dedicated site), Bressolles (20,000 m² new-build hub on the A40, 10 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, J+1 delivery to Lyon, Geneva and eastern France).
Mediterranean gateway — Miramas (16,948 m², minutes from the Port of Fos-Marseille container terminals). Ideal for Asian import flows and Mediterranean export programs.
Atlantic / Bordeaux — Cestas (7,200 m², EMCS bonded warehouse specialised in fine wine logistics for châteaux and négociants, USA and Asia export preparation).
Systems integration — your ERP, our WMS
We run Symphoni.A, our proprietary WMS/TMS platform developed in-house since 2022 (hosted in France, GDPR-compliant). Because we own the code, integration with your ERP is fast and does not carry third-party licence costs: SAP (IDoc, EWM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage X3, Odoo, plus EDI and REST APIs. Client portal with real-time stock, order status, geolocated POD, invoices, KPIs and monthly carbon reporting.
Contractual SLAs — with penalties, in writing
We commit contractually to OTIF ≥ 98.5%, inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5%, system availability 99.5%, with a penalty regime and a three-level escalation path — direct access to the president within 4 working hours at level 3. One decision level. No offshore committees.
Onboarding in ~90 days
Phase 1 (4-6 weeks) — requirements analysis, technical design, staffing and equipment sizing. Phase 2 (2-4 weeks) — IT setup (ERP interfaces, WMS configuration), dry runs, team training. Phase 3 (2 weeks) — physical stock transfer with full inventory, flow switch at T+1. Phase 4 (60 days) — reinforced support with weekly KPI reviews. Phase 1 can start free of charge as a preliminary logistics audit.

Frequently asked questions
Can you act as our European distribution center?
Yes. Our Bressolles hub (A40, Lyon-Geneva axis) and Miramas site (Port of Fos) are positioned for European distribution programs: French national coverage in J+1 on 95% of metropolitan France, plus daily connections to Switzerland, Italy and Spain through our carrier network. Several of our clients are US and international groups using RT as their French or Southern-European logistics base.
Do you integrate with SAP?
Yes — SAP MM/EWM integration via IDoc and API is live on several client programs, including batch management and serial-number traceability. Oracle, Dynamics, Sage X3 and Odoo are also in production. Integration is included in onboarding, without third-party licence mark-ups.
What volumes do you handle?
Our sweet spot is industrial and consumer programs between 3,000 and 50,000 pallets per year — large enough to need professional multi-site logistics, focused enough to deserve direct management attention. Below the size where global 3PLs put you in a shared queue; above the size where a single-site operator runs out of capacity.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Management, key account and IT teams work in English daily with international clients. Contracts, SLA reporting and carbon reporting are available in English.
