Our difference: a player in your value chain, not one more middleman
We own the France-and-Europe logistics leg — the RT Global Solution group’s warehouses and fleet (85,000 m², 40 tractor units). What is usually subcontracted and re-margined, we do ourselves; the rest of the chain is orchestrated under our sole responsibility. The result: flow consolidation on our own fleet, customs optimisation (classification, origin, suspensive regimes), and transparent invoicing — never a hidden margin on the goods.
Two ways to work together
Level 1 — Chain management service. You remain the importer. We orchestrate sourcing, quality, customs, transport and delivery. Billed as a service fee. Level 2 (optional) — Import handled. You delegate the import to us: we take it on and re-invoice it at cost plus a management fee, with no margin on the goods.

How is NKT Sourcing different from a freight forwarder or a trader?
A forwarder moves, a trader buys-and-resells, a broker clears customs — each on its own link, with its own margin. NKT Sourcing runs the entire chain under a single responsibility, and owns the logistics leg (warehouses, fleet). You get one contact and transparent invoicing with no hidden margin on the goods.
Do you handle both import and export?
Both. We secure your inbound supply (import) as well as shipping your products to their markets (export), with the customs classification, origin and suspensive regimes suited to each flow.
Which volumes and products do you cover?
We follow supply tension, not a single product: raw materials, components, packaging, foodstuffs, consumables, materials. Hand us a category under tension and we quantify the achievable saving before any commitment.
How are you paid?
Level 1: a service fee, you remain the importer. Level 2: if you delegate the import, we re-invoice it at cost plus a management fee — never a margin on the goods themselves. Transparent invoicing in both cases.
